On the heels of my first presentation to a panel at an academic convention, I find I have a new follower, a few new faces in my data banks, and larger urge to post. If only to keep my follower entertained. So, starting later today I'll begin to post my backlog of random writings and some new stuff too.
Who knows, maybe I'll get a couple more followers if I'm interesting. I can feel a good 2011 coming on!

Fall always inspires me, I don't know why.
I decided to get my virtual house in order and redesign my website so that I could focus on the blog and still get the best use from having my own domain. I find that what I lacked was content, so now I can post daily and perhaps garner some interest.
Right now my main source of inspiration, my son Jasper, is visiting his Gammy and Gampy so it's been a kind of a dull week. That and the fact that I had perogies for dinner, which always makes me sleepy. Maybe I'm not as inspired as I thought.
I guess I should watch a movie or something and kick back, for tomorrow Jasper returns and so does the toddler chaos!
